Your website is often the first place people evaluate your business. Poor performance, unclear navigation, or inconsistency across devices creates unnecessary friction that undermines confidence early.
We start with what the visitor is trying to accomplish and build the shortest, fastest path to it. Then we keep measuring after launch, because a site that looks great and converts nothing isn’t doing its job.
A high-performing website:
- Loads quickly and earns trust instantly
- Encourages action without friction
- Adapts as your business, content, and goals evolve
- Stays accessible on every device, to every visitor
A well-built website gives your business a reliable foundation for visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Web design questions
Answers from our team in metro Atlanta and Milledgeville, Georgia. Have a different question? Ask us.
Do I own my website and domain?
You should. Your domain should be registered to your business in an account you control, and your agreement should state who owns the design, code, and content. Most of the sites we build are owned by the client, though terms depend on the project. If you’re unsure about your current site, ask your provider for the registrar login and the ownership terms in writing. Site builders work differently: your content is yours, but the site itself generally can’t move to another host.
Does my website need to be ADA compliant?
Most US businesses that serve the public should treat accessibility as a requirement. The ADA doesn’t set a technical standard for private business websites, but courts have applied it to websites and demand letters are common. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the usual benchmark, and it’s the standard the Justice Department adopted for state and local governments. We design with WCAG in mind and can remediate an existing site. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
What does website maintenance include, and do we need it?
Website maintenance covers software and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, uptime checks, and small content changes. You need it if your site runs on a CMS such as WordPress, because skipped updates are a common way sites get hacked. Simple static sites need less, but someone should still watch the forms, analytics, and domain renewal. We offer managed hosting and ongoing support for the sites we build.
Will a redesign hurt our Google rankings?
It can, and the cause is usually the migration, not the design. Rankings drop when URLs change without redirects, when content that earned traffic gets cut, or when pages lose their titles and structured data. Handle those and most sites come through with only short-term movement. We map every URL before launch, carry over the content that ranks, and watch the numbers afterward, with our SEO team involved from the start.
